Bridgeview Lane Cottage Rental Rates

Below you will find general rate and payment information that applies to each of our cottages.  Specifics and thorough explanations will be provided in a Rental Agreement for each Guest.   Scroll Down for More information on Rates for each cottage.  Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Our season begins mid May and ends after Canadian Thanksgiving. 

A 2 night minimum is required except on Long Weekends, which is a 3 night minimum.
From Sun June 30, 2024 - Sun September 1, 2024 rentals are Sunday to Sunday, 7 nights minimum.

Cottage prices are up to 7 guests.  Additional guests are $25/night.  The use of supplementary bedding is $25/bed.

Payment is by e-transfer. A $100 cleaning fee is added to 2-3 night rentals.

When the Rental Agreement is signed a deposit of 50% is required for 1 week rentals.  Shorter stays require full payment. 
Remaining payments are made two weeks before arrival.

A $300. damage deposit is paid two weeks before arrival and typically returned within 48 hours of departure.

Pets are allowed in the Grey Cottage only. There is an additional pet fee, see below.

No more than 2 pets, a Pet Addendum is required with the Rental Agreement. 
First pet: $50 for the first 2 nights plus $10/night any additional night to a maximum of $100.
Second pet: Additional flat fee of $50.
