Reservation Steps
These are the steps involved in making your reservation and proceeding with a Bridgeview Lane Cottage Rental.
- You may wish to check the Availability and Rates tabs and then request the cottage(s) and dates you want using the Book Now bubble above.
- You will be contacted by email to confirm the details of your request.
- A detailed Rental Agreement will be sent to you by email. Once it is signed we will confirm that your deposit is required
. The deposit is typically 50% of the total cost for weekly rentals and 100% of the cost for shorter stays.
- The remaining funds owing are paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
- A $300 damage deposit is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival; this is typically returned with 48 hours of cleaning/inspection after your check out.
- Note: In order to avoid the necessity to increase rental fees we do not accept credit cards. All transactions are by Etransfer
